Have a question or an issue you're not sure how to resolve? Here are a few ways you can get the answers to your questions:

1. FAQ section: Right below this are a series of common questions people ask. Please check to see if your question is there first!

2. Community section: If your question is not in the FAQ Section be sure to visit the Community Request page. Here you can create or vote for feature requests or find help from other community members. Make sure your request has not already been posted. If it has, make sure to Woot that topic so Admins will prioritize it as a heavily requested feature.

3. Request Form: If you cannot find any solution in the FAQ or Community Request section, please click Submit a Request button or email support@plug.dj We check tickets Monday thru Friday and will respond to you as quickly as possible.

4. The plug.dj Brand Ambassadors (find them by looking for the people with green names and green microphone icons) are available to assist with questions and can be found around plug.dj in a multitude of communities. They should be able to answer your question or direct you to someone who can.
