There are a few ways to get into contact with a Brand Ambassador or Admin if you have a problem, question or concern about plug.dj. Brand Ambassadors spend their time answering support tickets & run a live support community to help out anyone that may need it. If someone needs immediate help in a community, the S.O.S Feature may also be used.
You can submit a support ticket by going to the top right corner of the plug.dj support page and click the 'Submit a request' button. You can then fill out the information there and get a reply back from a Brand Ambassador as soon as they can. Most tickets are answered in 1 or 2 days, but others may take a little longer depending on the amount of tickets being sent in that day.

The live support room is another way to easily get in contact with a Brand Ambassador while on plug.dj. This community is used to assist anyone on plug.dj that may be having issues or needs assistance while online.

To call a Brand Ambassador to the community you are in, type /sos in the chat-box while with a brief message describing your issue. This feature should be a last resort option and used for emergencies only. These are taken very seriously and should only be used for matters such as troll attacks or harassment.
