How can I become a subscriber?
Subscribing is super easy! You can find buttons for it on your Profile and on the Store.
Now you just need to select your preferred payment method and off you go!
Avatars and Badges
While you have your subscription active, you unlock over half the avatar and badge sets for the duration of your subscription. You also have no level restriction on them so you can use and purchase (the ones available for Plug Points) during that time.
Chat Images and Gifting Plug Points
As a subscriber, you can post image links in the chat for anyone to see. The file extensions supported are .png, .jpg, .jpeg and .gif. Simply send the link to the image in a chat message in order to embed it for everyone in the room (or at least everyone that has Chat Images Enabled in the Settings).
Another special feature for Subscribers is being able to gift Plug Points to anyone! The recipient doesn't have to be a subscriber and you can send as many Plug Points you have. Simply click an user's name in chat or the user list, or their avatar; then click on the Gift Box icon and a pop up should appear, select your value and complete the captcha to send it.
The Captcha is needed so malicious scripts don't send all your Plug Points without your consent.
Slow Mode and Crowns
Larger communities have an automatic slowmode on chat to keep things organized, but as a subscriber, your slow-mode will be halved if you're not part of the staff in the community.
As part of your subscription you also get a golden crown besides your username in chat as well as in the user and wait list. Subscribers that have purchased the annual plan (now unavailable) also received a special Gold Crown badge, which when used hides the crown besides the username in chat messages.
If you'd like to surprise a friend you can also Gift them a Gold Subscription, you can pick how many months you wish to gift them and it will be a one time purchase.
Since it's a one time purchase that will expire in due time, it is not possible to be cancelled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply contact us by clicking "Submit a request" at the top of this page or email us at email@example.com. The billing cycle will be cancelled and your subscription will last for the amount of already paid time.
